    Explanation: Dante’s Inferno is the most famous part of Dante’s poem The Divine Comedy, written in the 14th century AD. It is rightly one of the most famous poems in the Western canon, and has assured Dante’s fame up into the modern day. He goes over a highly symbolic exploration of hell and its punishments, and its victims.

    … and he included depicting a few of his own personal enemies condemned to hell for good measure. SICK BURN

    He was also on the run from many of those people. So not exactly Chad material.

    But he and Petrarch did invent modern Italian so they have that going for them.
