If you live in a place with proper winter, look at how well the sidewalks around the property are maintained after snow or a bad freeze thaw cycle or the like. It’s a good indication if property management is on top of their shit or if problems will just be ignored until the city gets involved.

There were so many people handing out hand warmers. I even brought a few to share. Dude at the DSA table in the commons was handing them out and quipped “can’t flip off ICE without your middle finger”.

We’ve consistently got the best voter turnout in the country here in Minnesota, it’s everyone else who needs to get on our level.

Here’s the neat part - we did! Minnesota is pretty consistently the top state for voter turnout. The rest of you need to quit slacking and get on our level, lol.

Fair warning with Rad Power bikes, they filed for bankruptcy recently, and there’s been battery issues on some models that maybe should have lead to a recall but they didn’t issue one. And while looking for that link I found out that they had a warehouse fire yesterday.

All that said, I’m not sure Rad Power even does business in Europe, the ebike regulations are a bit more strict with lower speed limits and are class 2 ebikes even legal there?
