“the movement has been coopted by liberals” wdym, the movement itself is straight up liberal, no matter how one spins it. Abolishing ICE = returning to status quo of 2003 in that one regard, and the hate is directed towards merely towards the current administration and it’s undisciplined lackey org rather than state violence as a whole (which every administration did) and capital’s need to get rid of excess reserve army of labor.
Shh we don’t say that part out loud and encourage them to actually do something for once.

Goode and Pretti were both shot while protesting migrants being sent to concentration camps where thousands of real humans have “disappeared” from the system.
It is not a defensive movement trying to stop ICE from shooting protesters, it’s a radical movement about dismantling ICE, stopping the violence on migrants, and rescuing the locked up and missing people.
Don’t let it get derailed by toothless people, else they will stop once the first goal is accomplished and leave the rest of the actual fight hanging. As they always do.
