I would check out Trilium. It’s a general purpose note taking/knowledge base application but it’s very powerful in how it can be used. You could create a note for each item and attach a photo to the note. Then you can add details and have them searchable.

Who is we? Clearly the instance accepts it or else the instance admins would remove it. The point of Lemmy is that people can run instances and have what content they like posted there.

If you don’t like it, Lemmy has native blocking for communities. I have that community blocked and it doesn’t bother me anymore.

OLauncher is great. I used Nova for a long time but I’m happy with OLauncher. It’s also available on F-Droid which is pretty neat.
