I use windscribe, I believe proton does if you pay, mullvad does I think, and I think most other VPNs do.
If you want online streaming: fmhy
If you want torrenting, make sure to bind vpn to client
If you want media server, use jellyfin with arr stack

I already stopped using YouTube on my tvs native interface without adblock after I saw several 1.5m ads
