I would happily vote for anyone saying they want to abolish capitalism. Nuremberg trials don’t even begin to scratch the surface IMO, although those are very obviously also necessary.

Correct. That is what forward secrecy is. That way, if a malicious/state actor gains access to your account, they won’t be able to see your previous messages. If you cross-sign by verifying the new device with an old device, you will be able to decrypt those old messages.
This only applies to encrypted chats. Unencrypted chats’ and rooms’ history will be able to be accessed regardless.

It’s a thorn, and it makes the “th” sound. It’s an outdated letter not used in any modern languages, except for apparently in Icelandic.

Crypto doesn’t have the same consumer protections as centralized cards, though. You can’t dispute a fraudulent transaction with crypto, as every transaction, much like cash, is permenant and irreversable. That and crypto also has a negative connotation with scams, as it is very commonly used to scam people.
The technology and the idea of a decentralized currency is cool, and with cryptos like Monero, can even mean private transfers of money across the internet, but it also has its flaws.
I do think blockchain technology has its uses, though, for example, with government elections, although in that case, individual clients can be compromised, and there is a high amount of incentive for malicious actors to do so.
And that is ignoring the many issues with proof of work and its power usage.

I’ve been using Matrix for over a decade. It has its problems with stability, but it’s getting better over time, especially with the newer Matrix 2.0 and Element X clients.
If an alternative isn’t open source and doesn’t support federation and E2EE, I wouldn’t even consider it.

South Park made an episode about this called Chinpokomon.

Here is a GPL licensed one that was forked before the license change. Not as feature rich, but definitely still a quality emulator: https://github.com/Trixarian/duckstation-gpl

Any emulator that supports PGXP, which is most of them. Duckstation is the one most people recommend, but that one has weird licensing issues and a dev who loves to start drama.

Fiskars are fantastic. There’s also a Japanese brand that I can’t remember the name of that is also fantastic.

E) All of the above

It lost all meaning the second Bush declared the “War on Terror”.

Also who decided to make TVs lightweight? Real TVs have curves.

Yeah, maybe guide that beam with electromagnetic fields. Maybe we can dye phosphors on the front of wherever it’s projecting onto so that we can make it a color display.

Or just one pixel that moves around really quickly.

Assuming the local PD decides to actually arrest them instead of joining them. Some of those that work forces are the same that burn crosses.
Powerful magnets like that are incredibly dangerous. Even at the end of the video, you saw what happens when the strings break.

This is the same problem that we had in the US. Neoliberalism will always lead to fascism since it breeds the economic hardship that causes fascism or revolt, and the powerful are able to tilt the scale away from revolt towards fascism, which is their preference.
The solution is to take over the more left party by any means necessary since the UK, much like the US, has a FPTP voting system. In the US, the Democrats were consistently able to rig their primaries against the more leftist candidates through a multi-level strategy. Don’t let that happen over there.
Trump is a symptom of a greater problem in the US.

System of a Down is GOAT
Sam Battle is a legend. Wonder what kind of crazy shit he’s going to bring to the show.
