Is that a thing an ISP can do? Sure DNS query’s to the ISPs DNS can be (and already are) filtered. But an IP level whitelist of every website in existence is a huge endeavor (with dynamic DNS), needing to check every IP in existence for compliance

I don’t torrent, it’s just not as nice as a streaming site like the frontend of solarmovies etc… (I like fmovies and s.to) Also at least in Germany uploading (aka seeding) is punished way more and opens you up to being discovered, where as only streaming, finding you is harder (they need access to the streaming site servers) plus its not punished as hard (and I think in practice not investigated)

Isnt there a guy online that modified theirs to have mechanical keys, basically doubling the thickness?
I landed on EurKey, it’s niche but gives me a standard QWERTY layout for programming and German on AltGr and Greek letters on compose

141·1 month agoDude AI companies do not give a fuck about the law. It’s hard to prove a specific piece of data was used to train a model so they put everything in they can. There’s literally a lawsuit about this, where Microsoft and others claim using code on GitHub to train is fair use.
As far as I can tell this lawsuit is about copyright infringement of open source code, but as we where talking about an open source project leaving GitHub because of this, that’s what’s relevant.
I myself would not be surprised if they could not withstand the urge to put more high quality code from enterprise users into their training data, but as they are not suing and we don’t know their code, that’s speculation.

Tbh I haven tried in like 5 years, but I think not much has changed. I don’t need to rewatch a series again. And the websites I use are just like conventional streaming services, remembering were you left of, what you already watched, what’s the next episode, Infos on the content I watch. It’s just a nice user experience all within my browser. (Also I don’t want to torrent without seeding ^^)
