I was sorta wondering as I read the post because I use zorin and yeah it has a software center that I think comes from ubuntu. So I assume most ubuntu respins have it.

Im not in uk but I can say when I was young if you got a high end lock and a value bike over a high end. It was extrememly unlikly to have your bike stolen and parts theft was only with the most easiest things like an unlocked quick release front wheel. At some point it changed and just anything witll be stolen and you need a cable to snake through the back. Parts will be stolen that take some time and at best will get them a fiver. If you could get even a minimum wage job it would be a much better return on the effort.

I only watch olympics as much as its easily available to see what I want. so we will see what is on youtube or streamed somewhere I can see it. if not I figure whatever. What I really want to know is how its connected and how hot does it get. Im envisioning a spiral of coil that can be on a meshe with a fan blowing right out the case. That would be amazing. Its like could you put them on top of each other with mesh that acts as a good conduction or having every other water cooling channels?

I don’t know of any that need some final push. I would think it would be better to just contribute to kde or gnome ui/ux wise. I would say my distro but I almost never click the scroll wheel and just tried it out and it does paste on middle click. No idea why that would be a deal breaker. Also have no idea what windows does on middle click even though its been the majority of what I used day to up until a year or so ago or for the mac even though I used it in the late aughts.

yeah im seeing what was my estimation of what his opinion would be. Take this for example:

as they stand now would suggest they have some sort of promise. Mostly what I see is him railing against treating their output as intelligent when summarizing and that they lack understanding of their output because. well. they are not intelligent. I fully agree with him here.

stallman has always been flowery with his language and to be fair they can be bullshit generators. I doubt he sees no value in them but I have not really heard any of his talks on them.

I rarely touch my terminal and do so only because I am already familiar with it. I should use it more. I don’t think its any more necessary to use the terminal in linux than it is in windows for a computer user. I consider zorin the most user friendly and mainly because its out of the box (when its installed it has software already on that fits for most things people want to do with a computer.)
