Its a user volume issue. Reality is, Lemmy just isnt at scale like Reddit in users. Comment, post, vote - make it active. Give people a reason to stick around and engage.

Yeah, this is what I do. There are infinite other sites with the same exact info. Reddit is just a place to regurgitate it and then fight over it in the comments.

I find a comfortable position, close my eyes, and let my mind drop me somewhere in my imagination.

Most often, its a frozen lake surrounded by evergreen trees with snow swirling. In this I’m usually skating along the ice at the pace of my breathing. The sound of my breathing in and out is like the sound of my skate making each push on the ice; the fan in my room feels like the cold wind on my face.

But it can be other places my mind goes and I find this incredibly peaceful. Before I know it, I’ve actually drifted off to sleep. I’ve been doing this for about two months and have begun to keep a journal on where my mind goes in these moments each night

I dont buy anything online, Amazon or otherwise. And I dont engage with any ads unless by mistake. I suppose there is value in market research itself but nobody is making any sales revenue off somebody like me.

Music, most of all, is a hard no. Music is a creative process. Simply wont entertain it being AI

AI porn just still looks fake. And with endless real porn out there there is zero incentive for me to view the AI stuff and its a waste of resources to produce
