in the king corn documentary you hear from this guy who is processing chickens outdoors and talks about flak he gets with regulators and he is like you test our chicken next to the ones in packages and it comes up better and the ones in the package was bathed in bleach solution. Its been awhile so im paraphrasing. good documentary though.
