Are… are you going to ask your wife and daughter to start submitting tickets if jellyfin stops working, or nextcloud stops syncing?? Are you going to create dashboards to make sure you are meeting SLIs?
Or am I missing the point of what jira is for? (This is what I use jira for at work…)

We are all going to end up with hobby server farms, with a localized coy of Wikipedia backed up, and a file and image server, maybe some email…

Ai has a million great uses that could make so many things so much easier, but instead we are building AI to undress women on twitter

2·11 days agoIt’s much easier to build an expert ai, you don’t need it to have general knowledge and can feed them data manuals. It takes a lot less processing power and generates much better, accurate and relevant results. It also means there is a set quantity of data the ai can/needs to consume to know everything about x subject.
Think about it like the… The Spotify library is like 350tb, but you won’t ever need all that, exclude all foreign language content,podcasts, and genres you don’t care about and that 350tb can get slimmed down a much more relevant 35tb, specialist ai is kinda like that…
