2 days agoI agree. We should just stop using them. If all official accounts within the EU move to Mastodon, journalists and people will follow. Additionally, that supports the EU economy.

2·3 days agoI have no servers that accept external password-login. All use SSH keys.
If you mean the apps you run on the servers, many can use an OAUTH server that you then host for SSO.
Bluesky is like X. Owned by american venture capitalists. EU needs something for official communication that’s neither under US nor under commercial control.
