Yeah the problem isn’t the drone, you have to detect and track the helo and have pilots ready to launch in the very limited time that helo is close enough to them. It doesn’t happen very often, they fly close to the ground and rarely come closer than 6-8km to the frontline, plus you gotta account for the time it takes to get an FPV itself there, plus have enough skill to hit it.

You can get many pets temporarily, some shelters (and people who rescue strays) will let you hold them for a short while to get them used to living in a home. Unrelated to that we had 5 cats once, it’s a pretty cool experience but I couldn’t handle that long-term lol

He made gameplay videos. I think that’s the most benign form of “influencing” there can be. I think there are much more damaging channels that had way more sway in shaping this new generation.

Again, I’m not saying he’s a saint but I do think he’s ultimately insignificant when looking at the causes of and reasoning behind youtube’s enshittification. And I don’t think he would ever go a different direction, just doesn’t seem like the type.
