Best English dictionary in my opinion is Oxford Dictionary of English. This is default dictionary for Kobo ereader. I don’t know a lot about KOReader, but it seems it uses Stardict dictionary. I uploaded my own stardict convertion of ODoE on my brench(“Stardict_-_Oxford_Dictionary_of_English.zip” you need to unzip it). I uploaded stardict PT-PT. You can check it out, if it works. It should be the same dictionary as KOBOs, with similar formatting. If there are big problems, I can try to improve it.
