an average person would probably refer to them as different things

my gender is political only because some people decided to hate it. They forced me to stay closeted for years

politics can be about great stuff, but there are specific communities for those already

my gender is political too; that doesnt mean i want to be constantly reminded of that

i would be surprised if anyone on lemmy isnt aware of how bad things are in the world
