The only mention of a carer I can find is speculation.
One witness told the Mail on Sunday the man, who had a mobile phone and was wearing AirPods, appeared to ‘psyche himself up’ by performing a ‘dance’ in the spectator area.
Speaking to The Mirror, one woman said she saw him dancing with his AirPods in around 20 minutes before the horror incident.
"The man who I saw on the bridge with his AirPods in dancing was happily enjoying seeing the tiger,” she said. “He obviously wasn’t with anyone and he asked a total stranger to take a picture of him with the tiger in the background.
"Probably the last photo on his phone. I’m not sure if he was with a carer or family member but I honestly do think he just wanted to play with the tiger.
And how many of those were pensioners?
How many of those “terrorists” only act of “terror” was quietly holding up a piece of cardboard?

The agency reiterated in a statement that the supreme court had “found that there was ample evidence on which a properly directed jury could have convicted Tom Hayes and Carlo Palombo”.
So they’re likely guilty, there were just procedural errors in their trials.

They’re so deep within propaganda they can’t see themselves as the monsters* they have become. That doesn’t excuse it of course, but it can explain it.

Before the inevitable accusations of dehumanisation. Calling them monsters doesn’t mean I think they’re sub-human. Humans are capable of horrendous acts and calling them monsters doesn’t take away from them being human. Many humans throughout history have proven themselves to be monsters whilst simultaneously having the multitudes that makes them human.
