It might be worth looking at Russian marketplaces on Yandex that can ship internationally? Or even stuff from Ukraine on EBay (idk if decommunisation laws apply to Soviet arcade machines, I did find a good few cassette players from the USSR from Ukrainian sellers on eBay though so maybe not) I know it may not be the most useful advice but I’m the only commenter in 3 days so it’s probably better than nothing and worth a shot. I’m not Russian and barely know anything about this sort of thing in general so…
