The vast majority of the Wehrmacht were politically aligned with, and agreed with the goals of, the NSDAP. They participated in the crimes of the NSDAP. It is extremely common to call such people “Nazis” and always has been, and you know this perfectly well. The distinction you are trying to make is one that was only ever popular within the Reich. I do not feel any obligation to talk about Nazi Germany the way Hitler would prefer I do, but apparently that’s an important consideration for you.

That many “rank and file” Nazis were not prosecuted at Nuremberg is a miscarriage of justice, not proof that the Nuremberg defense was valid for them.

The mod log mostly tells us exactly what you said in your own words, the mods cannot modify what you said, only remove it - which is generally not done on hexbear for transparency’s sake. The only “smear” is the shit you willingly wiped all over yourself. People are reading the comments you had deleted, not just what the mods have to say about it.
