The EU Single Market is the largest in the world, but it’s far from finished. While goods move freely, services are still trapped behind national rules, paperwork, and bureaucracy. From bakers and builders to digital creators, cross-border work in Europe is often far harder than it should be. These internal barriers cost the EU massive growth and weaken Europe’s global competitiveness.
