Rusya-Ukrayna savaşında tahrip olan Kuzey Akım boru hattına Amerikan sermayesinin dahil edilmesi ve Rus enerji şirketi Lukoil’in varlıklarının ABD Uluslararası Kalkınma Finansmanı Kurumu öncülüğünde Katar ve BAE sermayesine satışı müzakere ediliyor.

“Negotiations are underway regarding the inclusion of U.S. capital in the Nord Stream pipeline—which was damaged during the Russia-Ukraine war—and the sale of assets belonging to the Russian energy company Lukoil to investors from Qatar and the UAE, led by the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation.”
