Every official European language. Not every official language of the EU. Georgian, among others, meets the criteria of the former, but not of the latter
My country has four official languages not represented there. Georgia and Armenia are in Asia not in Europe. All of these have an EU flag as background. I think op is very confused with all these concepts and thus they’ve made a very confusing ‘meme’.
It says ‘official’ in the title. If it were every (the word ‘every’ is also in the title) European language then there are many more than 36.

that’s not the EU flag, that’s the flag of europe. Even Russia is part of the council of Europe and uses that flag
Fair enough. Although Russia is not a member anymore.
