It highlights how incompetent russia is - they can attack schools churches and gas stations, but every day they lose 1000+ on the battlefield and refineries, petroleum depots, weapons producers, warehouses full of civilian and military hardware…
so they lash out like children and kill this poor sod. What was his contribution to the war against RU? Nothing, but murder is the point. Murdering civs is the point. They’re petulant children with nuclear weapons.
