Networking across Tier 1/2 carriers gets expensive quickly, and is hard to justify when you can put the datacenter closer to the customers.

A company that has operations in the Middle East. Proximity matters quite a bit when networking at scale. Networking across Tier 1/2 carriers gets expensive quickly, and is hard to justify when you can put the datacenter closer to the customers.
