    Which changes NOTHING whatsoever.

    Law only applies to some, not all.

    & neither Putin nor Trump allow that law has any right to be controlling them…

    Why waste effort waging an already-lost battle ( “you cannot do anything other than obey social-pressure!!” ), when instead other efforts could actually do something?
