I think Trump is such a sadist that he wants people to know the stuff he has done. He gets off on people squirming hearing the horrific stories and knowing there is nothing the can do to stop him. He wants the spirit of Ayn Rand to praise him like she did William Edward Hickman.

He is using the remaining undisclosed files to keep the faction who have shame in line and using some other files that would hurt his faction as bait. “If you let me release this one you can have the one where I said this.” In reality he want all the files out.
