I watched one of her recent interviews and she mentions that there are two ways Mexico gives Cuba oil. One are commercial shipments, and those have been halted or something, the other way are humanitarian shipments (which among other things include oil), she said that those wouldn’t be suspended. A possible interpretation could be that the reason from one way of procuring to the other is because of some diplomatic reason due to all recent event, the other is she is positioning herself with the imperialists.
