Wait what happens with basic rights when Russia attacks the next European country.
In principal there is no contradiction between fundamental rights and and security, and the article doesn’t say how this prioritization of security takes place, and what effect it has.
If you are not capable of waging war, you are not peaceful, you are harmless.
But in any case, the article is odd. What does the refugee status of one person have to do with any of that? Nothing changes in that regard.
The worst part is that our corrupt ass politicians are using money that was already marked for renewables and public transport to invest into all these private weapons dealers.
American here, consider it a warning that US politicians have been doing exactly that for decades and look where we are now.
You and friends you know who oppose this should be considering what you are willing to do to make them stop because small actions won’t cut it. Take it from someone who has experience in the matter.
