A “human rights” organisation still shows the name in their cached Google results but has in the article they have changed the name and city of the person who was supposedly killed.

We need to make a list of people who’ve been declared dead but confirmed alive in Iran. I’ve seen a bunch if these examples, so having a doc with sources would be really useful.
