Planet masses are so small compared to stars that they don’t really count as a third body the same way I don’t count as a third body between the earth and the moon (insert yo Mama joke here).
How about two stars in close configurations orbiting each other like binary system would and third star far away orbiting the binary system and a planet orbiting the third star on goldilock zone?
Doesn’t the 3 body problem make the orbits so unstable that there wouldn’t be time for multi cell life to develop?
