And it’s pathetic in those places too. But when it’s a choice of trump or a less insane option, that 35% of Americans who didn’t bother to vote is a whole lot of idiots who are part of the problem.

They ran what they ran. I honestly don’t know if they’d had a further left platform if they’d have lost more centrists than gained leftist votes in the places that mattered. But they were still obviously the far better choice, so I still hold any American who didn’t vote for them responsible for trump and his actions.

          They ran what they ran.

OK? and people voted how they voted. If you’re not going to tie campaigns to outcomes then you arent talking about reality, just your own feelings.

My point is, even if the Dems ran a crappy election, they were a much better choice than Trump. And anyone who doesn’t see that is a fool. I don’t see why Americans need to be coddled to get up off their asses and vote for the better choice. Just don’t be idiots, already. Or else you are responsible for not stopping trump.

right, you dont care what the dems stand for as long as they are .001% better than genocidal fascism. And you’re not willing to lift a finger to demand better of the dems who are the only party we have a snowballs chance in hell of fixing. You’ll take whatever you’re given, like a dog eating scraps off the floor.

              On that, we agree.

Hardly. You should work in the primaries, letter writing, grass roots etc. do that now. But when it comes to the election, if you don’t vote effectively against maga, you are supporting them, and the result is your fault.
It’s really quite simple. I’m not sure how it’s not obvious to everyone.
I guess if you really think trump is only .001% worse, then you are blinded by irrationalities?
