Didn’t SadEmpanada crash out over this? I don’t know enough about the other guys to make a judgment, but Yugo always seems very based. Maybe he’s trying to pull in more into the pipeline. What a lot of the haters don’t get is, you have to get people started. Once we are here I’m commie land, what more is there to learn? The Deprogram is already very ML at its current state. There’s a few others but we don’t really NEED a lot. What the movement needs is… Movement. We need people pulling in more people into the movement, not just catering to those of us that’s already here.
So I’ll hold my judgment till I see what’s happening with it.
BadEmpanada even crashed out on me, a 200 follower account on bsky, for saying the Cubans shouldn’t abandon socialism and make way for a US controlled rulling class. He is no communist and he loves taking fights with people.
Just like how he correctly criticized Contrapoints’ liberalism but then proceeded to full-blown go transphobe on every trans person, liberal or Socialist, online. He could have stopped, but he enjoys online drama a bit too much. My Schizoposting GOAT.
My read was always that he was a little debate gremlin obsessed with arguments and being right, and if you’re naturally obsessed with being right you end up arguing for the marxists. This was my personal pipeline too, to be fair.
Except he never outgrew the cringe dabatebro phase, only monetized it through youtube
Naah, he is still like that on twitter and bsky. He replies to weeks old comments just to have an argument.
I’d take BadEmpanada crashing out over this as an endorsement.
