It’s the name for older BMW turbodiesels. First they had td, then when they added an intercooler, it became tds.
The other thing it stands for is stupid af

I prefer it less for the writing part (unless big refactors that aren’t actually complex) and more for analysis. If you got a couple million lines of code upstream that you depend on heavily (ERP modules) then it’s nice to fire off a prompt and come back to “you got weird behavior x because upstream changed y, here’s the exact file and lines and how it flows there”

Oll Korreck
Wikipedia quoting Allen Walker Read: The abbreviation fad began in Boston in the summer of 1838 … and used expressions like OFM, “our first men,” NG, “no go,” GT, “gone to Texas,” and SP, “small potatoes.” Many of the abbreviated expressions were exaggerated misspellings, a stock in trade of the humorists of the day. One predecessor of OK was OW, “oll wright.”

Ohhh is that because the Audi 5000, unlike the European version (Audi 100) had “unintended acceleration” as a feature? Which actually turned out to be that the pedals were closer to each other than some Americans were accustomed to, so in some super rare cases it would accelerate while the driver thought they were hitting the brakes? And then 60 minutes “demonstrated” it with a rigged car and it took decades for Americans to trust Audi again.

I had a boss who used it as both a verb and an adverb (while speaking Estonian, it sounds better as an adverb in Estonian than English), really opened my eyes to the versatility

Better battery life and camera mostly.
If your battery is good and you’re happy with your camera, there’s no reason to upgrade any more often than like 6-7 years on flagships these days. Cheap phones will actually get outdated in that time.

“Million” sure.
It’s better no doubt, but you’re still trading one devil for another.

Gives money to someone to buy a new pixel lol

Having to tinker with a Linux phone? There’s tons of issues still.

The Chinese hackers are probably using that same residential proxy capacity being sold
Buy an LG smart TV, support Chinese hackers lol

How old do you have to be to not know the acronym lol? 80+?

Doubt it would be more. Electricity is going up in the US. Selling is more profitable right now

Now if anyone in Europe wants a solar roof, Solarstone sells them and I don’t think they’re going anywhere unlike Tesla, given that this is their main business. Plugging it because they’re from Estonia like me, gotta support local businesses lol

Gimme space nazi I mean officer uniforms with apple colors
Seriously. Look at the names of the colours.

As a fan of the once we were spacemen podcast I’m sorta glad they’re not tbh

Space gray and midnight black. Someone took their colour pallette off a Macbook order page

Also because people whine when things take too long to turn on but yes this too
Then switch to a real compiler on a real operating system, duh
