  • Does he? I despise the word antisemitic, it has been murdered from constant Israeli abuse and is utterly meaningless. The author literally spells out the facts that define an Epstein class, then dismisses it as a trope without reason or justification. His attempt to point out the the bigger problem comes off as really weird shit like he can’t hold two ideas in his head simultaneously and he wants you to be inable to as well. There is a vague handwavy vibe going.

If he had a point, he missed it.

  • There is no clear advantage to selecting a currency. The value is the value, and with War in the hood, values can swing wildly over short periods. Pick one, live with it.

The important question is where can you get the lowest transaction fees for the exchange. This can vary wildly and you can directly control how much you pay. The money changers, like you’ll find in an airport are like the convenience store version with eye watering rates. Whatever domestic bank you use for daily banking will often offer major currency exchange for an almost reasonable fee as a courtesy for their good customers. Going to a bank you aren’t a customer at, they will often charge a higher fee.

  • Have you seen the efforts of bottle design within the liquor and spirits industry. McDonalds Big Mac boxes and fry cartons etc. I’mma answer this with a big, fat YES!

It’s a huge industry not just in manufacturing packaging, but in consumer psychology, marketing and design to make products more appealing. A good tweak bumps sales 5% is a very big and desirable deal.

Edit: A huge component of cullinary training is presentation. Beyond making food taste good, it’s appeal is that it also looks good. “Plating” lessons apply to every form of food from shelves of grocery stores, convenience snacks, fast food joints, to fine dining. The little window in the plastic bag of chips that lets you see the product. The foil lined paper lid that kept the heat in the poutine so the cold curds would heat and melt into the poutine. Etc…

  • “There is no indication, anywhere in the United States, of widespread voter fraud,” Bonta said. “Counts, recounts, hand counts, audits, and court cases all support this.”

Just the jerrymandering, voter suppression, intimidation, long lineups and inconvenience for certain polling stations, the email and web campaigns with wrong dates and locations, a precariat who can’t afford to take time off work to vote, a media landscape run by billionaires who misinform the masses via false narratives, cambridge analytica style shenanigans, foreign interference and kompromat operations, having your President in a clearly compromised position to Russia and Israel. Now you can add the ICE gestapo on the streets.

    Yeah. Nothing to see here.
